Izisalon Privacy Policy and Regulations

Overview

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and IziSalon Inc., governing your use of the Izisalon website and mobile application (collectively referred to as “Izisalon”).

By accessing or using Izisalon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this Policy.

This Policy includes eight (8) articles. Section titles are provided for reference purposes only and do not limit the content of any section.


Article 1: Collection of User Information

1.1 Purpose of Collection

We collect user information to improve service quality, personalize user experience, enhance security, and facilitate seamless and secure transactions.

1.2 Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide:

  • Contact details such as email, phone number, and physical address.

  • Payment-related information such as bank account numbers or credit/debit card details for processing transactions.

b. Information Collected Automatically: Using Google Analytics, we may collect:

  • IP address, age, gender, interests

  • Frequency of interaction with ads or content

  • Time spent on the website

Google Analytics uses cookies to track usage behavior. This data may be transferred and stored on Google servers in the U.S. and is subject to their privacy policies. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, though this may affect website functionality.


Article 2: Commitment to Data Security

We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

  • Data is stored on secure servers with firewall protection.

  • Physical and electronic safeguards are in place.

  • Proof of identity may be requested before disclosing personal data.

Important: Do not share sensitive payment details via email. IziSalon is not responsible for losses resulting from the customer disclosing personal data through unsecured communication channels.

Unauthorized access, interference with the system, or distribution of malicious software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We will disclose transaction information only when legally required.

All terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.


Article 3: Intellectual Property and Communication

3.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • Do not alter, duplicate, or misuse IziSalon’s brand assets.

  • Cooperate in investigations related to fraud or policy violations.

  • Keep payment and account information confidential.

3.2 Notifications

IziSalon may contact you via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • In-app/web notifications

If sent by email, notifications are considered received within 2 business days. SMS notifications are assumed received within 2 days of being posted.

You may opt-out of such communications by following the instructions provided in Section 3.4.

3.3 Communication Consent

By providing a phone number, you consent to being contacted via SMS, MMS, or calls for confirmation, support, updates, or promotions.

Article 4: Responsibilities and Rights

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all transactions performed using their credentials. Damages resulting from policy violations or misinformation may be subject to compensation.

Negative account balances must be cleared promptly. Failure to do so may result in legal action.

4.2 IziSalon Rights

IziSalon reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.

  • Require updates to inaccurate data.

  • Withhold services or funds until disputes are resolved.

  • Apply Vietnamese legal regulations when necessary.


Article 5: Error and Incident Handling

5.1 Identifying Issues

Notify us immediately if you notice:

  • Unauthorized or incorrect transactions

  • Suspicious activity on your account

5.2 Reporting

Use one of the following channels within 24 hours of discovery:

  • Investigation results within 10 business days (or 20 days for completed transactions).

  • Up to 90 days for international or complex cases.

5.4 Refund & Compensation

  • Errors due to IziSalon will be corrected promptly.

  • Overpayments will be refunded or adjusted.

  • Uncompleted transactions will be addressed within 10 business days.

Exceptions (No Liability):

  • Errors not caused by IziSalon

  • Insufficient customer funds

  • Known system outages

  • Issues post-service delivery

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Delays caused by banks

  • Force majeure events


Article 6: Force Majeure

IziSalon is not liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake)

  • War, strikes, riots

  • Other unforeseeable events beyond our control

We will notify users when possible if such events occur.


Article 7: Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate any part of this Policy

  • Infringe upon IziSalon’s or others’ intellectual property

  • Harass, threaten, or defame others

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in or facilitate illegal financial transactions

  • Use the service to instigate disputes or promote black money

  • Send malware or malicious software

  • Interfere with or manipulate our systems

  • Use bots, crawlers, or unauthorized automation tools

  • Breach security features of the platform

Violators may be permanently banned and face legal consequences.


Article 8: Disputes with IziSalon

8.1 Resolving Disputes

8.2 Legal Jurisdiction

All unresolved disputes will be handled by the courts of Vietnam under its laws.

8.3 Invalid Disputes

Unsubstantiated or bad-faith disputes that conflict with this Policy may be deemed invalid.

8.4 No Waiver

Failure to resolve a specific issue does not waive IziSalon’s rights to resolve others.

8.5 No Warranty

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet infrastructure or external service providers).


By using Izisalon, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all provisions stated in this Policy.
