Overview:

The policy regarding the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Izisalon website/application (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is understood as a contract between the Customer and CTNET Technology Co., Ltd (the legal entity managing the website izisalon.com, hereinafter referred to as “Izisalon”), applicable when the Customer uses the Izisalon website/application (hereinafter referred to as “Using Izisalon”).

Customers need to read and agree to all the terms of this Policy before using Izisalon to understand the rights and obligations when using Izisalon. By using Izisalon, the Customer voluntarily agrees to all the regulations in this Policy.

This Policy consists of eight (8) Articles. The main and subheadings in this Policy are for reference only and do not limit the scope of each section.

Changes to the Content:

Izisalon may amend the content of this Policy at any time.

Changes to the Policy will be notified on the Izisalon website at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date.

If the Customer does not agree with the changes, they can stop using Izisalon or send a written objection to Izisalon before the effective date. If no action is taken, it means the Customer agrees to the changes.

If Izisalon does not accept the Customer’s written objection, this agreement will automatically terminate on the effective date.

POLICY CONTENT

Article 1: Collection of User Information

We collect customer information to provide the best service, from customizing and navigating information according to user habits and preferences to upgrading functions and services, supporting fast, safe, and convenient transactions.

We collect information in two ways:

1. Information the Customer provides to us: When using our services, the Customer is requested to fill in the following information:
– Email address, phone number, address.
– Financial information such as bank account number, debit or credit card number, for payment connection with the bank.

2. Information collected through the use of our services: Through Google Analytics, a data analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”), we collect IP addresses, age, gender, interests, and interaction frequency with ads, posts, and time spent by the Customer on the website https://izisalon.com. Google Analytics uses cookies – text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze user behavior. The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services related to internet activity and website usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate the Customer’s IP address with any other data held by Google. Customers can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser, but this may prevent the Customer from fully using the website’s functions. By using this website, the Customer consents to Google’s processing of data about them in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Article 2: Commitment to Customer Personal Information Security

We have appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access or loss, destruction, or damage to the Customer’s information. When collecting data on the web, we collect the Customer’s personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls to ensure server security. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of the Customer’s information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before disclosing personal information to the Customer.

We advise the Customer not to disclose payment details to anyone via email. We are not responsible for any losses the Customer may incur in exchanging their information over the internet or email.

The Customer must not use any program, tool, or other form to interfere with the system or alter the data structure. It is strictly forbidden to distribute, disseminate, or encourage any activity aimed at interfering with, disrupting, or infiltrating the system’s data. Any violations will result in the forfeiture of all rights and will be prosecuted before the law if necessary.

All transaction information will be kept confidential, but in the case of legal requirements, we must provide this information to the authorities.

The terms, conditions, and content of this website/application are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the Vietnamese courts have jurisdiction to review.

Article 3: Intellectual Property Rights and Security at Izisalon

3.1. Customer Commitments:

– Respect the intellectual property rights of Izisalon and other Izisalon products and services. Do not arbitrarily change or copy names, images, phone numbers, and other brand-related components of Izisalon products anywhere.
– Cooperate and provide information as requested by Izisalon during the investigation of suspected illegal, fraudulent, or rule-violating cases.
– Follow Izisalon’s safety instructions, keep payment information confidential, and be responsible if any loss occurs due to their information leakage.

3.2. Notification to Customers:

Customers agree that Izisalon can send notifications to them by posting on the Izisalon website/application or sending emails to the address or phone number provided. Customers may receive notifications/emails or SMS from us when there are events that need to be notified to them.

If these notifications are sent by email, we assume that the Customer will receive the information after two (2) business days from the time the email is sent. If these notifications are sent by SMS, we assume that the Customer will receive them within 02 days after posting the notification on the website/application.

Customers can opt out of receiving emails/SMS from us by responding to our contact information in section 3.4 of this agreement.

3.3. Contacting Customers:

By providing phone numbers (mobile and/or landline) when using Izisalon, the Customer agrees to allow Izisalon to send SMS/MMS or call the Customer’s phone number to confirm, consult, support, or notify or promote Izisalon.

3.4. Izisalon Contact Information:

Besides the direct contact methods with the support department posted on the website https://izisalon.com and the Izisalon application, Customers can contact or send documents to Izisalon at the following address:

Article 4: Terms of Responsibilities & Benefits

4.1. Customer Responsibilities:

When using Izisalon, Customers will always be responsible for all transactions originating from them (cash card number, phone number, payment account, network system they are using…). Customers may have to compensate Izisalon and/or other users or related third parties if they violate this Policy or cause loss, damage to Izisalon, other users, or related third parties.

In case Izisalon deducts money from the Customer’s account (bank account, credit card, etc.) to refund another account, if the Customer’s account balance at that time is insufficient for the transaction, Izisalon may record a negative balance in the Customer’s corresponding account and Izisalon will require the Customer to deposit additional funds into the corresponding account to offset the negative balance. If the Customer does not do so within the prescribed time, Izisalon may sue the Customer in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

4.2. Izisalon Rights:

If Izisalon has reason to believe that the Customer violates the restricted activities, Izisalon will do its best to protect Izisalon and/or other users or related third parties. Actions we may take include (but are not limited to):

– Izisalon may suspend or limit the Customer’s access to the service;
– Izisalon may request updates for incorrect information because that information was provided by the Customer to Izisalon;
– At any time, Izisalon may refuse to provide services to the Customer;
– If the Customer is complained about, disputed, requested for refund, etc., Izisalon may temporarily hold/freeze the amount paid by the Customer to Izisalon in their account until the issue is resolved as per this Policy;
– Izisalon may use the legal provisions of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to apply to the Customer.

Article 5: Error Handling & Incident Handling

5.1. Detecting Errors or Invalid/Incorrect Transactions:

When Customers have any transaction on Izisalon, we will send an email notification to the Customer via the provided email. If the Customer has reason to believe that their account has a problem, please notify Izisalon immediately when:

– There is a notification of an incorrect transaction.
– There is an invalid transaction sent to the Customer’s account.
– There is unauthorized access to the Customer’s account.

5.2. Notifying Izisalon about Errors or Invalid/Incorrect Transactions:

Notify Izisalon if the Customer believes that their transaction has an error/incident or there is an invalid/incorrect transaction in their account by using one of the following methods to contact Izisalon:

– Directly contact hotline: 0935 320 888
– Send a complaint to email address: contact@izisalon.com
– Chat online with Izisalon’s support staff through the integrated accounts on the website of izisalon.com
– Visit Izisalon’s office (according to the address information on the website izisalon.com)

The Customer must send the notification to Izisalon within twenty-four (24) working hours from when they discover the error or incident.

5.3. Reviewing and Handling Customer Notifications:

Izisalon will send investigation results regarding these cases within ten (10) business days after receiving the customer’s notification (or 20 business days for completed transactions). If the error is on Izisalon’s side, we will rectify it immediately. However, if more time is needed, Izisalon may take up to ninety (90) days to review complaints for completed transactions or transactions outside Vietnam.

5.4. Error Handling and Limits:

If Izisalon discovers a transaction error on our part, we will correct it. If the error results in the customer receiving less money than the actual transaction amount, we will compensate the difference. If the error results in the customer receiving more money than the actual transaction amount, we will deduct the excess amount from the customer’s next transaction or refund it to their bank account if feasible.

For errors in transactions that are not completed, we will address the customer’s error within 10 days from receiving the customer’s feedback. We will inquire if the customer wishes to continue using the service. If the customer replies “No,” we will notify the bank where the customer’s account is held to refund the customer’s account within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the customer replies “want to continue to carry out services” we will provide the service that the Customer has ordered to use/purchase within 48 hours.

If there is an error when the transaction has been completed. We will handle the error case of the customer within 20 working days. In this case we will review and return the results to the customer. If the error of Izisalon, we will return the new service to the Customer, or refund the Customer to the corresponding account.

If errors occur and the result is transactions are not performed or with an incorrect amount, Izisalon will be responsible for the damages that the customer must bear, except the following cases:

Errors not caused by Izisalon;
The balance of the Customer’s account (Bank account, Credit card, …) does not have enough money to carry out the transaction;
The system of Izisalon is not operating well and the Customer “knows” about this when making transactions;
Not responsible after handing over services/products (cash card, service card, …) we will not be responsible for card information security. All card use after card returns. Izisalon will not take responsibility at all.
Due to the internet transmission: Due to transmission errors, connection errors, fiber optic breaks, network breaks…. due to transmission errors that Izisalon cannot intervene.

Due to temporary withholding policies from the Bank, transaction approval policies from the bank system, Customer account or connection line between Izisalon and the banks chosen by the Customer for payment;

In case of force majeure as mentioned in Article 6 of this Policy.

Article 6: Force majeure.

Izisalon has the right to exempt all responsibilities in implementing this Policy in case of obstruction or obstruction caused by fire, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters. Or due to strikes, strikes, wars, riots, or any similar situation beyond the control of Izisalon. If Izisalon cannot fulfill its obligations to you for any of the above reasons or any similar event. Izisalon will try to notify the Customer of the event that occurred and our actions.

Article 7: Actions limited.

When using Izisalon you will not be allowed:

Violate this Policy and / or all other policies / regulations that you have agreed with Izisalon;
Violate copyright, patent, business secrets or other intellectual property rights of Izisalon and related third parties;
Acts detrimental, defamatory, defamatory, threatening or harassing;
Provide false information, cause misunderstanding;
Send or receive money that according to Izisalon is illegal or may be called “Black Money”;
Refusing to cooperate in the investigation or not providing the information requested by Izisalon;
Manage an account connected to another account that violates one of the limitations in this section;
Using Izisalon services to intentionally create disputes, complaints, claims for compensation.
Disclose information about other users to third parties or use information for marketing/advertising purposes that you have not been allowed to;
Have actions beyond limits or transfer invalid orders to the Izisalon system;
Spreading viruses, Trojans, worms or harmful computer programs causing obstruction, fraud or affecting the system, data or information of other users and/or Izisalon;
Use any kind of robot, spider, other automatic devices or perform manually to monitor or copy Izisalon’s website/application without our permission;
Using devices, software to overcome (or break) measures that Izisalon set up to ensure the safety of Izisalon’s system;
Action causes Izisalon disconnect from internet service provider or other suppliers;
Article 8: Dispute with Izisalon.

Our task is to always listen, learn and gain experience to increasingly provide the best services to customers with competitive prices and try to satisfy customers by performing that well. Therefore, if there are any disputes between you and Izisalon, then first please contact the Customer Care Department of Izisalon via one of the following methods:

Note: Employees of Izisalon work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; Saturday afternoon and Sundays are not accepted.

Law and Court for Dispute:

You agree that all disputes between you and Izisalon if not resolved through agreement or negotiation between the two parties will be resolved in court under the Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Inappropriate dispute:

All requests you make to oppose Izisalon will be settled under the provisions of this Policy. Requests for opposing this Policy will be considered as inappropriate litigation/dispute and a violation of this Policy. And through the notice of litigation/dispute inappropriate sent to you, you have failed to request a resolution of the dispute with Izisalon.

No abandonment:

With all due respect to our customers, we believe that failure to resolve disputes between you and Izisalon will not affect other related jobs when you use Izisalon’s services.

No warranty:

We do not guarantee the safety of issues beyond the control of Izisalon;

Izisalon does not guarantee continuous connection, not interrupted when you access and use our services because Izisalon depends on many factors beyond the control of us such as infrastructure network of internet service provider, provider of transmission lines

Note: Once used Izisalon, meaning that you have completely voluntary agreement with all provisions of this Policy.
